This site is run by Naesic TCG. Throughout this page, "we" means Naesic TCG and "you" means the person holding the account.

Accounts are for adults only. You confirmed your age when you signed up. If we find that an account holder is under 18 we will close the account, cancel any entries, and refund what was paid for them.

Each raffle is a fixed grid of numbered slots at a stated price. You choose your numbers and pay for them. When every slot is sold, the draw takes place live on TikTok and the winning numbers are drawn on camera. Results are posted publicly afterwards.

The number of slots, the prizes and the odds are shown on the raffle before you buy, and do not change once it is live. Some raffles are step-ups, where the prize is a slot in a larger raffle rather than a card.

Winning numbers are drawn at random. Nothing about a slot's position, price or the order it was bought in makes it more or less likely to win.

Choosing your numbers reserves them for 10 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time the numbers are released and anyone can buy them. A payment that arrives after the hold has expired, when the numbers have already been sold to someone else, will be refunded in full.

Prices shown include any discount applied at checkout, and the breakdown is displayed before you confirm.

Once a slot is paid for it is in the draw, so entries cannot be cancelled on request. Taking a number back out after the fact would change the raffle for everyone else who bought into it.

We refund in two situations: a raffle that we call off, and a payment that went wrong. If a raffle does not sell out we may keep it open longer or take it down, and if we take it down everyone who paid is refunded in full to the account they paid from. Refunds are made by hand and can take a few days to appear.

Winners choose in their account between delivery to their address and collecting in person by appointment. Where a cash alternative is offered on a prize it is stated with that prize, and it is lower than the item's retail value.

Give us an address we can actually reach you at. If a prize is returned undelivered because the address was wrong, we will hold it for you but we cannot cover the cost of sending it a second time.

Prizes are not transferable to another person before they are received.

You can earn free entries by inviting friends. A friend counts once they sign up through your link and verify their own WhatsApp number, and rewards are paid at milestones: 1 friend unlocks 1, 3 friends unlocks 1, 5 friends unlocks 3, 10 friends unlocks 5. It is a lifetime count.

Free entries expire 30 days after they are earned, or 60 days for the larger milestones. They can be used on raffles marked as accepting free entries, they hold exactly the same chance in the draw as a paid slot, and they have no cash value.

Invites that appear to be the same person signing up more than once are reviewed before any reward is handed over, and we may withhold or take back rewards earned that way. A free entry that has already been used in a raffle stays valid.

Keep to one account. Creating extra accounts to claim rewards, or to get around anything on this page, means we may close the accounts and cancel any rewards attached to them. Paid entries in a live raffle are not cancelled by this: you keep whatever you actually paid for.

We store your name, email, phone number and, if you win something you want shipped, your delivery address. We use them to run your account, to contact you about raffles you entered, and to get prizes to you.

When you arrive through a friend's invite link we also record the network address and browser your account signed up from. That is used for one thing only, which is spotting one person pretending to be several to farm free entries.

We do not sell your details to anyone. Winners are announced publicly with a shortened name, never a full name, phone number or address. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, though we keep the record of completed orders as long as we are required to.

We may update this page as the way we run things changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed, and any raffle you have already entered runs under the terms as they were when you entered it.
